This website describes Vitabyte's platform, products and services and lets you contact us or request a demonstration. It is not itself an agreement to supply hardware, software or services.

Hardware, software, subscriptions and support are provided under Vitabyte's written customer terms, including the purchase, leasing, point of sale as a service and support terms published on our legal page, and any signed agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms on a matter it covers, the signed agreement controls.

Payment processing described on this website is provided by VitaPay, Vitabyte's payments company, under VitaPay's own merchant agreements and terms. Nothing on this website is a merchant processing agreement, a quote or an approval.

When you contact us, provide accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not send payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords, social security numbers or bank details through a form or the chat.

Use the website only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, evade security measures or rate limits, impersonate anyone, or collect another person's information without authorisation. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or others.

Vitabyte and its licensors own the website's design, software, text, images and other materials.
