Guest-Initiated Ordering
The guest is the terminal.
Menu from Simphony. Order from the guest's phone. Fires to the kitchen the same way the server's terminal does. No duplicate entry, no third-party middleware, no reconciliation gap.

Why it works
A second ordering channel that lives inside the POS.
The same menu, not a copy
The menu the guest sees is the same menu the server sees — pulled live from Simphony. Items, modifiers, pricing, and tax logic come from the POS, not a separate database.
A real check, not a queue
When the guest submits, the order creates an open check inside Simphony — the same kind of check any server would create. There is no separate order-queue system to reconcile against the POS.
Payment posts as tender
If the merchant is configured for pay-at-order, the payment posts back as a tender on that same Simphony check — closing it the way any other transaction would close.
Capabilities
Everything the server's terminal has. On the guest's screen.
Live Simphony Menu
Menu items, categories, pricing, tax, and service charges pulled live from Simphony. Changes made on the POS side appear on the guest's screen.
Modifiers
Full modifiers and item-level options. What the server can send, the guest can send — because the menu is the same menu.
Creates a Real Simphony Check
When the guest submits, a real open check appears in Simphony. Not a mirrored copy, not a reconciliation queue — the same kind of check a server would create at the terminal.
Open Check or New Check
Add to an existing open check or start a new one. Each merchant configures which flow fits the venue.
Pay Now or Pay Later
Per-merchant setting. Guests either pay inline when they submit or leave the check open and settle at the end.
Venue Fit
Built for dine-in, room service, and anywhere the guest is seated.
Tableside ordering, hotel room service, pool and cabana, fast casual. Anywhere the guest is seated and the table or delivery location is known at order time. Because the order creates a real Simphony check — not a queue in a third-party app — there is nothing to reconcile against the POS at the end of the night.
